The program secures your data and allows you to personalize your device by showing owner information when the cover opens. Most PDA and smartphone users have sensitive or confidential data on their device. Controlling access to this data can be a problem. Especially PDAs and smartphones are highly vulnerable to theft or unauthorized use. Sometimes losing the device is nothing compared to the possibility that someone will use your data. With BestSecure you can be sure that no one will have access to your data unless you allow them to! BestSecure features: Security:- Intelligent password protection with many options (asking password on every cover open, once an hour, once in three hours, once in 6 hours, once in 12 hours, once a day and never)
- Passwords are not stored anywhere in the document or in any place on device to further increase the safety. Password verification is performed by checking digital signs.
- The password can be up to 32 characters long (numbers and letters) for device protection.
- BestSecure service is protected from killing by Ctrl-Chr-Shift-K or by various TaskMans killing tasks functions
- When a security violation has appeared, the system will be restarted immediately to prevent access to the data.
- You can define a hotkey to lock your device with BestSecure immediately.
Personalize your device with BestSecure:- Fully customizable password screen (ability to setup background picture and enter owner information appearing in any place and any colour on password screen)
- Plays selected sounds when device cover is opening and closing
